Fedrigoni supports "Artists Angels pour Madagascar", a charity venture proposed by Tsara Komba Lodge for the benefit of the "Des Villages et Des Hommes" NGO working in favour of respect for the dignity of people living on less than $1 per day, by providing them with healthy living conditions, access to care, water and education. The event is sponsored by UNESCO, Ministry of Foreign Affairs, French Institutes and French Embassy in Madagascar.
"Artists Angels pour Madagascar" displays the work of 75 renowned contemporary artists: sculptors, painters and designers who have created 75 works on doors or shutters sculptured by Madagascar's Zafinamiry (people of the high plateaus). Among the famous artists who participated in this charity action are: Dewar and Gicquel, Jacques Villegle, Philippe Pasqua, Ernest Pignon-Ernest.
Christie's Auction Rooms in Paris are hosting the "Artists Angels pour Madagascar" free of charge, from the 19th to 30th January 2013, Monday to Saturday, 10am to 6pm.
Following the exhibition, a sale for charity will be held at 8pm on Wednesday 30 January 2013.
